Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Policy
Our policy is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped to arrive in about 4 business days from your order date. (charges shown below) Delivery charges are based on the total amount of your order as listed below.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9:00AM- 5:00PM excluding holidays.
If there are any problems processing your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 Noon (EST) to be delivered in 2 business days.

Oversized Items “OS”
OS “Oversized or heavy items” all merchandise indicating OS will require an additional $10.00 for each OS item. The additional $10.00 OS charge will be added manually as a seperate charge to your credit card.
Special Order Merchandise
Items indicated as special order are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may however require additional shipping time. These items cannot be gift wrapped and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Special order items are not returnable.
International Shipping
Giggles will gladly ship outside the US by simply calling 770-814-2005 (EST) Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5PM excluding holidays, or simply email us at: kidsg@att.net Delivery estimates to Canada are to customs Canadian recipients are responsible for taxes and duties on each shipment.
Gift Wrapping
Gift
wrapping is available on most items for an additional $3.00 per box excluding oversized items indicated by OS or items shipped direct from manufacturer.
In Store Pick up
In the checkout screen of your Shopping Bag you will have an option in the "Ship Via" drop down to select "Pick up at Store" for your entire Shopping Bag purchase. You may pick up your merchandise at:
